Shoe Depot is run from a physical shop in Brooklyn, and the fastest way to sort out an order is usually to say so directly.
Email is read during shop hours and answered in the order it arrives. If you are writing about an order, include your order number in the first line — it saves a round trip. For a return, a fit problem or a fault, a photograph attached to the first email is worth several messages of description.

The phone is answered during shop hours by someone standing in the shop. If we are with a customer, leave a message with your name and number and we will call back.

All times are Eastern. Please note the early close on Friday and that we are shut all day Saturday — email sent then is answered when we open again on Sunday.
What to expect
We answer email within one business day in normal weeks. If you have asked for a return to be escalated, we respond within 2 business days.
If you want to try a specific pair on before travelling, call ahead and we will check and set it aside for you.
